General

The Sporthotel Neustift is set in a tranquil, yet central, location on the outskirts of the town of Neustift in the heart of the Stubai Valley. The valley station for the Elferbahnen is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel and provides direct access to hiking paths, ski pistes and tobogganing routes.


The centre of the village with its shops and restaurants is also conveniently accessible on foot. The skiing and hiking areas on the Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000 and Serlesbahnen enjoy excellent links to the public transport network and are quickly and easily accessible via the nearby bus stop.


Thanks to its ideal location, the Sporthotel Neustift is the perfect starting point for sporty activities and relaxing holidays at any time of the year.

Yes, our Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for you and is free of charge.

We welcome dogs which are a shoulder height of up to 45 cm. There is a charge of € 25.00 per night (feed not included).


Please bring a bowl and a basket or dog blanket with you. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining hall area, or in the wellness and SPA areas. However, they are very welcome in our 'Kaminstube'.

Our reception is open daily for you from 07:30 to 22:00.

We are delighted to welcome every new guest to our hotel, especially if they become regular, loyal guests.

 

As a token of our appreciation, we grant our regular guests:

  • from their 5th stay and a minimum of 21 nights - a 5 % discount on the room price
  • from their 10th stay: 10 % discount on the room price


Our philosophy is to treat all guests equally and to provide a transparent pricing system. With that in mind, we have decided not to provide any special rates or special offers, rather, we prefer to reward our guests' loyalty.

Free parking spaces are available right outside the hotel (pay attention to the markings). On request you can also reserve a space in the garage for €10.00 per day (limited availability).


We also provide an external charging station with two connection points for your E-car.

accommodation and rooms

Your room is available for you from 15:00 on the day you are due to arrive. On the day you are due to depart, we request that you vacate your room by 11:00.

Yes – depending on the season we have attractive offers available for bon vivants, wellness lovers and holiday makers who enjoy activities.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is however permitted on balconies and the terrace.

We provide a cot with appropriate bed linen for our little guests, free of charge. Highchairs are available in the restaurant for our littlest guests.


You can also hire a baby monitor from us for a € 20.00 deposit. We request that you bring your own children's bath robes and bathing slippers with you.

Our reception is open for you until 22:00. It is of course possible to arrive later – please let us know in good time so we can discuss further details with you in advance.

Wellness

Water area: 07:00 – 19:30

Sauna area: 13:00 – 19:30

Yes – we recommend reserving early  so you can secure the appointment times you want for massages or cosmetic treatments. You can do this even before you get here.

Yes – you will receive a wellness bag for your stay which includes a bath robe and bathing slippers. Please bring your own children's bath robes and bathing slippers with you.

Please be aware that the sauna area is a naked zone and access is only permitted to those aged 15 and over.

Cuisine

Buffet breakfast: from 7:30 to 10:30

Afternoon snack: from 15:00 to 16:30

Evening meal: from 18:30 to 20:30

The following is included in our luxurious ¾ board: 


Buffet breakfast with produce from the region, freshly prepared egg dishes, freshly pressed juices, selection of healthy items and muesli.

 

An afternoon buffet where you can choose from hearty soups as well as cakes and pastries from the hotel's own patisserie. Drinks are available from the dispenser; coffee and tea are also available.

 

Our 5-course evening menu is the culinary highlight of the day. You will be pampered with carefully prepared, delicious regional and international food as part of a 5-course menu. We also provide expert wine advice. A gala dinner is provided twice a week.

We do of course consider individual nutritional requirements.


If you follow a gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegan diet, or have intolerances or allergies to foods, we request that you let us know when you are making your booking. This means we can be optimally prepared and ensures you get to relax and enjoy carefree indulgence.

Yes – the hotel's own vinotheque is a genuine refuge for wine connoisseurs. It is there that selected wines from Austria and renowned international wines are stored; attentively chosen with a great deal of understanding in terms of enjoyment and quality.

holiday in the Stubai Valley

The Stubai Super Card is your free advantage card in the summer which provides numerous discounts, free use of cable cars, public transport and so much more. It is ideal for anyone who wants to experience the Stubai Valley in various ways and to get active; from the first day of a holiday until the departure day. The Stubai Super Card includes one free gondola ride up and down the mountain daily on any cable car in the valley, as well as free use of bus line 590 between Mutterberg and Innsbruck, and the Stubaitalbahn between Fulpmes and Innsbruck.


Guests also receive 2 free entries each week to StuBay swimming pool (each session lasting 3 hours; sauna available for a surcharge), free entry to Miederer Schwimmbad’l and one journey on the Mieders summer toboggan run, for each stay of 7 days.


Cardholders also enjoy a 30 % discount on numerous leisure offers.

Yes – E-bikes are available to hire direct at reception (no reservation required in advance):

  • ½ day (up to 4 hours): € 30.00
  • 1 day (from 4 hours): € 40.00


Please note: we do not provide helmets.

Yes, summer at Stubai Glacier provides a variety-packed experience of nature, up above 3000 metres.


Highlights include the viewing platform 'TOP OF TYROL', with panoramic views of 109 three-thousand-metre mountains, family-friendly hiking paths, via ferrata routes and the Mammoth high altitude play area for children.

Yes – hiking poles are available free of charge, while rucksacks are available to hire for €5.00 – both at reception.

Yes - we recommend the Neustift - Stubai Glacier ski school. Further information is available here.

Yes – at our partner company, Kindl’s ski hire, guests of the hotel enjoy a 10% discount on ski servicing and hire.

Yes – our reception team are happy to organise your ski pass for you. Please provide the relevant I.D. for discounted tickets (children, adolescents, senior citizens, people who have a disability level of 60% or more).

  • Schlick 2000 (Fulpmes): approx. 8 km (journey time approx. 10 minutes)
  • Elferbahnen (Neustift): approx. 100 m (path approx. 2 minutes)
  • Serlesbahnen (Mieders): approx. 10 km (journey time approx. 12 minutes)

Yes – at set times in the winter season the hotel's own shuttle conveniently takes you to the Stubai Glacier and back again. Registration the evening before is required.
