The 90°C Finnish sauna provides a pleasantly intense sensation of heat which stimulates the circulation, strengthens the immune system and ensures a deep sense of relaxation. Let yourself be pampered by the ambience and the aroma of natural, local wood from the high mountains.

It may surprise you that in the Bio sauna, which is kept at 65°C, the effect with regard to relaxation and sweat secretion is stronger than that of the Finnish sauna. More toxins are removed from the body, the metabolism is accelerated, blood circulation is gently balanced, while the skin is cleansed and nourished.

Gentle steam unfolds in the herb sauna (55–65 °C), along with the natural aroma of herbs including chamomile, sage and lavender. The moist heat is soothing, nourishing, gently enveloping you, while also being beneficial for your skin, respiratory tract and senses.

In the salt grotto (approx. 50 °C) the ionised, salinated air has a soothing effect on the skin and respiratory tract. Even less practised sauna guests feel very well cared for here. The natural rock salt promotes balance, calmness and enhanced well-being.

Our Stadelsauna, at a temperature of around 90°C, is a traditional lodge outdoors, reminiscent of an Alpine chalet. The short stroll in the fresh air intensifies the pleasure of the sauna: after all, cosy warmth awaits inside in a snug ambience.

In contrast to the classic sauna, in the infra-red cabin (between 30–37 °C) it is not just the ambient air that is heated. Instead, specific areas of the body itself are gently heated by the gentle infra-red rays. This heat penetrates deep into the skin, stimulating the circulation and easing tension, particularly in the back and shoulder areas.

The interplay between warmth and moisture in our aromatherapy steam bath (approx. 45 °C) stimulates the circulation, cleanses the skin and soothes the respiratory tract. Muscle tension is eased, stress alleviated and aching limbs and painful joints relieved.

Exclusively for sauna guests - our giant whirlpool which has a temperature of approx. 33°, is one of the highlights in our wellness area. You control the various jets and whirl benches yourself. Experience genuinely deep relaxation in a special ambience.
