So you can reduce the stress when it comes to planning your stay at the Sporthotel Neustift, we have compiled an overview of all the important booking information for you, where you can find out all the essentials about prices, local taxes and possible surcharges, as well details about deposits and cancellation terms.
We also provide you with information about on-site payment, special services such as cots for babies and bringing your dog along. This means you will be very well informed and can fully concentrate on the loveliest time in your year - your holiday in the Stubai Valley, and be filled with anticipation for relaxing days, cordial hospitality and unforgettable moments in Tyrol.
An overview of our booking information
Prices
Prices are in Euro per person and night based on double occupancy, with two adults
Local taxes EUR 4.80 per person and night (for those aged 15 and over)
Deposit
To make your booking binding we request a deposit of EUR 300.00 per room.
For stays over Christmas / New Year: EUR 600.00 per room, payable 2 months before arrival at the latest.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only accepted in writing!
- Up to 31 days before arrival:
free; the deposit is credited to your next stay - 30 days to 7 days before arrival:
100 % of the price of the stay is charged - Up to 6 days before arrival:
70 % of the price of the stay is charged - In the event of no-show
or early departure: 100 % of the price of the stay is charged
Travel cancellation inscurance
We recommend you take out travel cancellation cover via 'Europäische Reiseversicherung' when making your booking.
Dogs
We welcome dogs which are a shoulder height of up to 45 cm. There is a charge of € 25.00 per night (feed not included). Please bring a bowl and a basket or dog blanket with you.
Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining hall area, or in the wellness and SPA areas.
Payment
You can settle your bill in cash, via debit card, Visa or Mastercard.
Cot
We are happy to provide a cot with appropriate bed linen for our little guests, free of charge. Highchairs are available in the restaurant for our littlest guests. You can also hire a baby monitor from us for a € 20.00 deposit.
We request that you bring your own children's bath robes and bathing slippers with you.
Short stay surcharge
For a stay of up to 3 nights a surcharge of EUR 10.00 per person and night is payable
Liability
As per Austrian hotel regulations, we are liable for the proper fulfilment of the stated services. The terms in Austrian hotel regulations dated 15.11.2006 apply.
