Arrival & Departure

Your room will be awaiting you at 3 pm on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to check out by 11 am on your day of departure. Rates are reduced by Euro 5,00 per person and day for half board.

Cancellation

Please note that we are only able to accept cancellations in writing. Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before you are due to arrive, any deposit made will be credited towards the amount of your next holiday. From 30 days to 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50 % of the amount for your booked stay. For a cancellation made within the last week before you are due to arrive, 70 % of the amount of the booked stay will be charged. In the event of no-show, 100% of the price of the booked stay will be charged.

Travel cancellation insurance

The Sporthotel Cancellation insurance makes it possible to book your holidays on time without any trouble. The insurance is valid in care of accident, disease or in the event of death of the insured, his children brothers, sisters, parents and grandparents.

Cot

We are happy to provide a cot free of charge for children under the age of 2 and will also provide appropriate bed linen. Highchairs are available in the restaurant area.

Dogs

Dogs up to a max. shoulder height measurement of 45cm – the charge is EUR 25.00 per dog/per night, excl. feed. Please bring a dog basket or a dog blanket with you. Please note that dogs are not permitted access to the dining hall, or to the Wellness and SPA area.

Definite Reservations - Prepayment

To make your booking binding we request a deposit of EUR 300.00 per room. For stays over Christmas / New Year this is EUR 600.00 per room, payable 2 months before you are due to arrive at the latest.

Short stay surcharge

For a stay of up to 3 nights there is a surcharge of EUR 10.00 per person and night.

Payment

You are welcome to settle your bill in cash as well as with VISA, Master Card or ATM card at your departure.

Liability

We adhere for the duly fulfillment of the mentioned terms due to the Austrian Hotel Regulations. The terms of the Austrian Hotel Regulations are valid in their current version of 15.11.2006.

Local Tax

Prices are in Euro per person and night for double occupancy and based on two adults. Local taxes are EUR 2.80 per person and night (for those aged 15 and over). From November 01, 2024, the local tax will be € 4.80.
