Rudi’s nose and Rudi’s palate are legendary when it comes to degustation of wines. Especially the Italian wines are his passion. He has got numerous rarities in his wine vault, that comprises 30.000 precious bottles. Tours to his wine cellar and degustation with or without degustation menu are carried out regularly.
